Here are the best solutions.

What do I do if my mouse and keyboard are not working on a Windows 11 device?

1. Unplug and re-plug USB cable

  1. Firstly, unplug the USB cables of the mouse/keyboard.
  2. Then, wait a while so that Windows will unload the device driver.
  3. Finally, re-plug the device back into the system.

2. Use another port

  1. Firstly, unplug the USB cables of the mouse/keyboard.
