Windows Defender is a built-in antivirus software that comes pre-installed with Windows 11. It is designed to protect your computer from various threats, including malware, viruses, and spyware.

However, in some cases, users may find that Windows Defender is missing on their Windows 11 computer, leaving them vulnerable to potential security risks.

If you are facing this issue, don’t worry; you can use several expert solutions to fix the problem. This article will discuss some of the most effective ways to troubleshoot and resolve the Windows Defender missing on Windows 11.

  • Malware infection: If your computer is infected with malware, it may have disabled Windows Defender to avoid detection and removal.
  • Corrupted files or settings: Sometimes, Windows Defender files or settings can become corrupted or damaged, causing the program to stop working or go missing from your system.
